Feeder Screen Button Function Description

Please note the above feeder screenshot, the function description of each button is below:
- AUTO: AUTO Model for online working status.
- MANU: Manual Model for manual parameter adjustment use.
- POSITION: Pick up position, usually set to center distance between two lines of labels.
- SPEED: Setting according to the pick-up speed.
- DELAY: Setting according to the pick-up speed, usually set to “0”.
- QUANTITY: Record the feeding quantity of the labels.
- 0 BUTTON: Press this button to set the label feeding quantity to “0”.
Machine Configuration for GOLDLAND Siemens Label Feeder


Single Column Label Set-Up:
- Step 1. In “Object Properties” – “Feeders” Modules, select “ Linear 30” as the label feeder type, see the above picture.
- Step 2. Drag “Linear 30” to the position that you want to set the feeder at.
- Step 3. Select the component no. of the label you need to mount that you named already, please note the above picture.
- Step 4. In “Object Properties” – “Process Requirements” Modules set the X, Y coordinates of the label placement position.
Multi-Columns Label Set Up:
- Step 1. If your label is more than 1 row, select “ Linear 30” as the label feeder type in “Object Properties” – “Feeders” Modules.
- Step 2. Drag “Linear 30” to the position that you want to set the feeder at.
- Step 3. Select the component no. of the label you need to mount that you named already.
- Step 4. Build a new “ Tray” and configure “Linear 30” as a “Tray” here, and set the label’s columns as you need.
- Step 5. If your labels are arranged like the label in picture “Label 1”, you just need to set the “row” to “1”. If your labels are arranged like the label in picture “Label 2”, you need to set the “row” to the number of the rows of each group ( for example, it is 3 groups in “Label 2”, the rows of Label 2 should be “3”.
- Step 6. Set the center pickup position of the first label.

If your labels need to be mounted on the components that were just placed. Then, we need to set the “level” of the label to “1” like the below picture shown. Please note the position that is marked with the red line in the below picture.
